As we’ve seen a trend in the improved access & popularity of the mountains, we’ve also seen an increase in the rate of accidents & incidents in our wild spaces. Unfortunately the mountains aren’t very forgiving, but all the more reason to learn as much about them as possible.

Our mission is to reduce the number of mountain accidents by providing a variety of tools to promote informed travel in high risk mountain environments. We acknowledge that the mountains carry inherent risk, but are beautiful & are a place that bring much joy to each others’ lives. We hope that our courses & services help reduce the negative impacts of mountain spaces so we can all appreciate the mountains for the beauty & grandeur that they provide. Learn more.
